Default New computer and ISP

Hi guys,

I plan on setting up my eBay Stealth using a new computer, new isp, new everything.

I've been looking around and it looks like I may want to establish a buying account in order to set up cookies before I start selling. I dont plan on buying cheap items to build up feedback. I'll purchase normal items for a while.

Is this correct? Or is there something I am not understanding?

You can have a buying account for 5yrs but the minute you convert it to a selling account....the selling account is not considered "aged" or "Established", you will still be considered a "Brand New Seller" and all the limits that go with a new account will be applied. So you would just be wasting your time.

It's best to have some before doing any listing or withdrawing from PayPal.

OP, just spend time browsing on eBay, searching items, adding them to your watch list. Clicking on seller names and looking at their items. This is what adds cookies to your account.

Cheers.

Start listing low risk items right away, I never had problem with this... only noobs tell you to build cookies but as long as you have low risk items to sell and sanitized images, you are good to go. The sooner you sell something the better.
