Firefox - Change Local Timezone (addon?)

Hello People

Im currently using Firefox Portable with private proxies.
I want to create ebay account with same info as proxy have: Timezone, address.
The problem is im running multiple accounts like 30-60ebays, and i dont want to switch system timezones all the time.
is there way to change Browser(Firefox Portable) Timezone?

I just want to make sure everything is perfect, been looking for way to change browser TZ without touching System.
