Is it safe to use Windows Server 2012 or 2016 as an operating system for your VPS

Hello Guys , i am a new member on aspkin
i am a seller on eBay for 8 months approximately ,my account got restricted due to trade mark violation .
i did my best to get it back , but i couldn't .
and i decide to go through the stealth process , i don't have another option .
i want to use a VPS with a Dedicated IP and i am wondered if its ok to use Windows Server 2008 or 2012 or 2016 as an operating system , or this is can Attract attention of eBay and Paypal.
Please give me some insight , and sorry for my English , i did my best to To explain the situation

The windows server/Operating system doesn't really matter that much in my opinion. As long as you create good history, cookies, etc. on that system, i think you're good to go. By they way, im also using a VPS for one of my accounts, and it's running pretty smooth. Best of luck.

2008, 2012 and 2016. All of them but mostly 2012, it's running good at my system, welp it depends on the specs.
