but here the case is different because the problem i am talking about isn't related to the material in the book which instruct you how to make new stealth accounts not to keep one of your accounts nor to be able to buy products to your same shipping address again as usual..etc

Only real advice available is to read through some posts and then pm people whom you think WOULD respond to you about VPNs. The fact is that (in general) VPNs are a dangerous way to proceed but all the best.

@rsot, i read many many posts here and i don't want to use a dangerous way, i am seeking for a good solution to be able to buy and sell on ebay (just pp is the current problem)
