Changing IP with NET SHADE

Hi, I have a question: I purchased NetShade, for those of you that are not familiar with it, it is a program that allows you to change the IP address you have to hundreds of different ones whenever you would like. I need to know if this is good enough for me to use when starting out a new eBay account and not wanting anyone to track my IP? Thanks.
