Default Checking IP changes when using a dongle (in UK)

Hi

Ive been less vidulent on the accounts that i use with a dongle by not recording the ip's used.
Is this not wise? I thought that because the ip range was so broad and varied, it would'nt be much of a risk.

Thanks

The whole point in using a dongle is it gives you a new IP each time you connect to the internet.

So make sure you do this before switching accounts.

Use IPBurger to keep track of IP's.

I use dial-up and while, less efficient than dongle, does give different IPs. I don't really manage about the IP so much as to keeping each account separate.

Changed now.

To answer the question, IPs can be recyled. Should multiple accounts be used, it's a healthy stealth practice to run a check and be vigilant. ImakeŁ was right on the money

I do keep track so if I get limited or banned on that IP I will never again use that number. Keeping track I have found that every once in a while same IP does come up. It might not link you right away, but the more stealth the better.

I must've reset the ip on my '3' dongle around 1000 times and have NEVER had the same IP. Regardless I still keep a record just in case. Its not a burden at all. Since you make a new windows user anyway, set the homepage website to ipchicken or whatever, then just copy the IP, go to your spreadsheet. Ctrl F, look for the IP, if no results come up it's safe and so paste it in and proceed to ebay.
