My ebay account has been limited and i followed the ebay stealth guide, i changed my ip address by changing the mac address of my router, i cleared cookies and used all new info and verified paypal only with a credit card and also linked my paypal as an automatic payment. I only did a test sale of a psp making the price at 225 so no one would buy it but next day they tell me im linked to another account ,limited me but let me keep my auction of the psp up, weird?

Clearing your cookies isn't going to all that you need to do. Did you create a new windows user account? If so then you must have used some piece of information that was on a previous account.
Also for your first listing putting out a PSP isnt the smartest thing to do. Go with small items that don't draw attention to your account.
I cleared all history, cache, cookies and did a disk clean up, and i also created a brand new user account, the psp i was "selling" was brand new. Idk how this could happen? Is there anything else that might have caused the limit?
You never said how QUICKLY you started selling, how much feedback you have - also you did NOT verify your pp at all if NO BANK ACCOUNT was used - c'mon...you know what verification means....no?
