Question on handling multiple ebay accounts

Hi, sorry if this is repetitive... so many threads I get lost. I would like to get some straight answers regarding these questions I have in mind:

1. I have a US LLC incorporated for my eBay business, and I don't live in the USA. I am planning to get a VPN service from strongvpn.com. Now, question is: if I have multiple ebay accts and multiple IP addresses, how to access each one without being intercepted and linked by ebay? Should I create a Win7 user profile for each account/IP address or how should I proceed? Sorry, newbie question...

2. Do I need only one VPN service and create a windows user for each or do I need to get a VPN service for each ebay account?

strongvpn is too expensive, find other suppliers, VPN price for us is about 3-7$ / IP

Strong VPN is awesome. I have been using it for 4 plus years. If you are a LLC then you don't want to mickey mouse around with some cut rate VPN that might get you suspended. If you purchase multiple accounts from strong VPN it is pretty reasonable. $7 to 15 for the first account then some are as low as $2 per month afterwards. Also, yes you absolutely want a diffrent Windows User account for each ebay/paypal you use. It would be ideal to have a diffrent VPN server for each account. I like most other members would suggest you still purchase eBay Stealth. You want to go through everything before you jump in.
