if IP addres means nothing for ebay without cookies, do i have to change my IP every time i switched between different users accounts?

Yes. It is a must to change your IP whenever switching between stealth accounts. You run a serious risk of linking the accounts together. Keep track of your IPs on an excel spreadsheet. There are some sample excel sheets provided on the forum.

just to make sure,if im changing between different users accounts on the same device, i dont have to be worried about cookies?

Nope, no need to worry about cookies. Ebay is like the Cookie Monster, they love to see them.

Whatever you do, do not mix up your information between accounts. Windows keeps cookies separate between user accounts. It is not possible for Windows to mix the information up, only you

Cookies are kept within the separate user accounts, just keep information straight and you should be fine.
