Browser Settings Blocking Cookies

So Using Firefox, Ip tracking, Separate User Accounts. But every now and then when i try to log into Ebay i get "Your web browser settings are blocking cookies." Now i dont clear my cookies or anything like that. This just happens every now and then not all the time, i just try an log in again and it lets me.

Questions is: Is there anything to worry about when this happens or is this the Norm when using firefox?

if i found it i think it is 28.0 for home pc
