I do that every time i log into a new account, and keep my excel file updated
with new ips of course (thanks to the user who created this btw).
The problem is that WHILE I am logged in, the ip changes sometimes.
Three days ago I refreshed IPBurger.com 4 times within 15 seconds
and got 4 different ips until it settled on the 4th one for few hours.
I might have missed other ips in the past, since I don't check the ip
every two minutes. I think it has to do with the 3G speed. BTW, so
far I always get different ip every time i turn the phone off and
back on so I assume I am good, but it still bothers me if I missed some
ips that could potentially kill one or two account.

OK, I had a little experiment yesterday. You were right. IP change has
to do with internet speed.
I really suck at computers so I can only talk in "high speed" "low speed".
What i did is turned on my hotspot and wrote down the ip. I left it open
without me browsing the internet. After 2 hours the IP stayed the same
as it was in the beginning.
I then logged in to an account an open three windows at the same time.
Speed was awful btw. Took forever for pages to show up. I had my
google images page, ebay selling and IPBurger trying to refresh at the
same time. Within 10 minutes I had 10 different ips every time i refreshed IPBurger.com
I probably missed 5-6 more, since i didn't refresh the page every
3 seconds. So when there was no browsing ip stayed the same,
once i opened ebay and 2 more pages ip started changing like crazy.
Too risky to keep it this way. I can't track the ips every 5 seconds.
Time to move to 4g speed.
