3rd Party eBay sites and a suspended account.

Hey guys. I had a question regarding my computer that I used with a suspended eBay account. I recently bought the Endicia software for shipping. In order to link the sales and shipping info into the software, it asked me to log into my "good" account from the "bad" PC. I refused to do it. But the question then arose, and pardon me if I didn't see this elsewhere, but "can" I log in for this? It's been around 6mos since I was shut down.
What does the braintrust of this forum have to offer regarding:

1. How long is it known for eBay to track mac addresses?

2. What about my computer can be changed to hide from them for the purposes of the above topic?

3. Is there anything I'm missing here?

Ebay cant see your MAC address so does your computer. So your "bad PC" still works. Make a new user account and change ip then you should be fine
