By track what do you mean exactly?

If its a question of if they will link you, well that would depends on the details you used on the account and if you already have ebay/paypal cookies in the same browser on the phone or not.

Just make sure your IP is different and go into stealth mode on your mobile app browser (it doesn't save cookies that way) then you should be fine.

i have a laptop here and if i make a new user now, will that mean my new ebay is safe?

ebay or any website is able to figure out what type of browser you use whenever you visit the site. you can manipulate your browser headers if want.

Using same browser settings on different WIN users and Ip's is still safe right ?
