Does eB still send certificates in the postal mail once top rated seller status has been earned? I became TRS a year or two ago on my legit account and got a certificate in the mail. I'm concerned about what would happen if I reach that on a stealth account and the mail bounces back to them as undeliverable. So I've purposely been keeping my tracking upload rate lower to avoid getting TRS, but I'd like the discounts and search rank improvement.

I hit top rated and powerseller about 6 months ago and havent seen one yet. I did get the certificate in my inbox though. I dont know what triggers it because a few years ago on my legit account, I got one in the mail too
