Using Hotspot off current personal Iphone

Hello,

I want to use the hotspot on my Verizon iphone. My problem is I've used this iphone before with both the ebay app and used the safari web browser for my old suspended acct(like very recent as in yesterday). I've read over a lot of posts and I understand the app needs to be deleted. Do I need to do anything else like clear the phone? This is my current personal phone I use daily for EVERYTHING and the number has been hooked up to ebay before. Its also under my real name. I just want to make sure cookies/history or anything that's on the phone won't be connected..Is this just a bad idea altogether to try to hotspot off this device?

I feel like ebay couldn't see my phone number or my info because its just a IP? As long as my IP is new and hasn't been used before it shouldn't be linked?

delete all browsing history and use only a unused IP. Never use the apps again. Delete them.

me personally, I wouldn't use the apps on the phone at all.

delete apps and run a cookie cleaner app and keep a note of ip's
use airplane mode to change ip,s works great
