IP address in different country

I have a question regarding residential address.

I need to put my ebay residential address in a different country from where I actually live. Would this cause ebay to suspend my account as the IP address would be different from the residential?

And if it does, is there any solution?

You have to buy VPS or VPN server. This way you will change your location.
For VPN you have to create new user in your computer
If you will use VPS, provider give you remote desktop connection details.

It's best to have an ip in the same country that the account is registered to.
