The PPP Link Control Protocol Was Terminated

Hi there, having issue with 24vc. When using 24vc software getting following error: The PPP Link Control Protocol Was Terminated. Also tried to use softether
and i does nconnect but does not change the ip while showing connected.
Contacted support on 22/07 and they did not solve it till now.

Have anyone had similar issues?

Any advice ?

I used to have this issue very frequently with 3 or 4 of my 24vc VPN subscriptions. Switching to softether instantly solved the problem for me. When you use softether, you have to use slightly different login credentials. Were you aware of that? 24vc has tutorials for configuring softether. In my experience if you carefully follow their instructions, softether works seamlessly. I used to also have problems with VPN connections randomly dropping out while working on Wifi, and those problems were also completely eliminated when I switched to softether.

I use them and softether. never a problem.
