Bank account "verifies" the Paypal account, and Credit Card "confirms". Basically without adding the card you have a withdrawl limit, and also adding it enables you to purchase with the card.

If your using this for paypal, than like the previous post in order to make a verified account you will need to add a bank account and it's also so u can withdrawal money

You than need to add a debit or credit card,if you want instant payments and also by adding this you will lift the withdrawal limit from $500 a month to unlimited and the sending limit from $2k a month to unlimited

Now you can't add a real debtor or credit card, that will expose ur information

So we use cards like visa vanilla gift cards or Entropay where u can make the cards yourself

Right thanks a lot, so I i use my new bank account (but dont input my card details from that bank account) and then make an entropay account with my stealth details?

Also may I ask, why wouldnt I just use the card that is with my debit account? Or is that because they can get my real info from that?

You create the Entropay in your real details

A real plastic card would fail the AVS check

If entropay is in my real details why not just use the card which is with my bank account? Surely real details rather than stealth details on the entropay would link me if my real details are already blacklisted?

Your bank card postcode and paypal postcode must match with your real card. Entropay cards will accept any postcode.

Entropay will pass the AVS check.

right I see. im relatively new to stealth which is why i dont really understand the terminology. So:
Bank account:Real details
Entropay:Real details
paypal: Stealth details
so paypal cannot link my stealth details with my real details on the entropay card?

No.

Entropay do not share infomation like that with PP, nor do banks

Some banks do have an issue with mismatching name deposits though, so always worth double checking that your bank will accept them

Thanks James really do appreciate your help
What confused me is this sentence:
"With your prepaid card you can input whatever name, address, phone number on them and use them just likea regular credit card"

Just to wrap up and make sure I understand this card business.
My Paypal post code and card postcode must match, but because paypal postcode is stealth, it will not match my card postcode, so the avs check wil fail.
if I use entropay, the paypal postcode (stealth post code) and the entropay postcode (real) dont need to match, so no problems there.
Question 1: Im assuming there is no address verifying between the actual bank account and paypal?

Just a but confused with DMSHARK "So we use cards like visa vanilla gift cards or Entropay where u can make the cards yourself"
What I understand with James is the only reason we use entropay is so the address of the card and paypal dont need to match, what role does being able to make the card yourself play?

If we have say 10 stealth accounts we can create 10 VCC's that can be used on each of those stealth accounts.

Also another quick question, most people making stealth accounts, do they open an ebay shop or do they just do auctions?
Also I think ill only be creating one account

Down to each individual person.

I have a couple that run just auctions and a couple that run BIN's with shops.

Just work out what works best for your business plan

Yep was just checking, defntely will be opening a shop.
For me, I have a real address, name etc and all details. Is there any risk for me, having only one account, ringing in to increase limits?

Further, do i need to undertake the very stealthy measures highligheted? My items are low risk, so would I need to ie,start selling very slowly and wait for the limits to increase themselves?

I would not ring to increase limits.

Even accounts that seem to have everything in order can get closed down.

Best way to be stealth is to have several stealths running. That way if one goes down the others can pick up the slack.

The address, name ect that you are using, are they your own? And if so are you already banned on eBay?

Depends on the person and style of selling - go for auctions to start then explore shop expansion

Do NOT rely only on 1 account - spread sales

Address is a retail shop I know
Name on paypal is my mothers who has no history
Bank is on my name
Yes previous account was banned over a week ago
The problem is my items are about £3 each and on my old account which i had newly set up was selling at least 2 a day. I would hardly be making any money if i weren't increasing limits. All details of addresses and names are real and can prove if they ask so i dont think they will be suspicious?

Should be using an address that you have access to. Rentable mailbox for example.
Should not be using your mothers details.
Have you checked that your bank accepts mismatching name deposits?
Do you plan on selling the same item again? If so you need to work out why you were banned last time.
Limit increases are earned, and come with time. You can buy an account from one of the forum sellers which have increased limits if you want a head start.
