Default Refunds

Hi All

I recently received a message from a buyer demanding a refund. As its a stealth account and new email added to my old PP i'm not too sure what email will be refund provided from? Do you have your new email set as primary at PP? I just don't want to raise any flags...

You refund the buyer from the same PayPal he made the original payment to

No what ever account or email you have now, will not make a difference.
It will refund the original paypal account you paid from.
Which will be the email address you were using at the time the buyer made payment.

You can log into that paypal account and refund him manually.. or wait for him to open a case, but the first option may save you a negative rating as you are bound to get a defect any way.
