Install windows 10 to dvd? possible?

I have ordered the micro sd card I mention in my post.

I will go to the store to pickup later.

Paying by cash because if I pay by card and have delivery, it is on record what I have purchased and I feel its no ones business what I purchase.

Saying that, I have just told the world what I am going to buy today, but who am I? I dont even know who I am sometimes

When I get it setup, I will report back.
I hope it works how I want it too as the card is £200.

Come with a nice small usb 3.0 reader and the micro sd card sticks out of it just a little so one can grab it quickly in an emergency and eat it

It would be perfect if the usb reader had a 'hard drive light' so I know when data is being read/written.

I used wintousb a free software download tool/program about 4mb download.

It is literally a 3 click and done program, so its easy to make windows run off usb and only took less than 30 mins to install windows 10 to my micro sd card.

I have only just installed it and am on my 1st boot up and my windows is getting ready.

I got excited and wanted to write about it..... ideally, I need to run it a few times and then report back. At the moment I have not even got into windows desktop as it is 'getting ready'.

Around 5 years ago, on the news, there was a guy who ate his usb flash drive (they are big) and the feds could not get any info from it.
He was a big strong guy though, a wrestler type so I presume he had some power in that jaw of his!

Also, hard drives with windows installed leave a lot of info on it.
1 example is in the temp files through browsing and programs.

Personally, I would rather eat my hard drive rather than someone read my embarrassing/begging messages to my ex-girlfriend on how much I love her and I dont want her to leave me!!!! please please dont leave me, I will do anything to make you happy!

Its embarrassing for me!

So that everyone knows I am a drug addict junkie waste of space good for nothing looser with no brains who does not know how to make money or get a job, just how my mum and dad used to tell me

But back to business.... everything is looking good atm, just installing windows updates and certain programs I need to do my work.

The actual card and card reader get super hot!!! However, the reader seems to have 2 metal sides which act as heat sinks so that is handy and this particular card is heatproof, waterproof, x-ray proof and comes with a 5 year guarantee and limited lifetime warranty.
I cant see the card lasting too long due to heat and big usage daily.

There is a slight lag when doing certain tasks.
When everything is installed and the whole micro sd card is encrypted, I will have a proper idea of how quick it will be.

Speed = increased productivity but I dot mind sacrificing some speed for security.
If it does run too slow for me, then I will have to use a different setup as I need some sort of speed.

Just to let anyone who was reading this thread that the setup I tried was too slow for me.

So I use the card for backups.

Also, I did install linux mint onto the card and it worked really really fast and well but I could not find firefox portable for it and some other software I need and I do not have time to research and learn a new operating system.

Its a shame I do not have time to play about with linux mint because from the 1 day I did mess about with it, I found it super fast and efficient and easy to use.
In many ways, better than windows.

In the future when I have time, I will defo setup a spare machine/laptop with linux.

I used to use Ubuntu in VM's and it always came with Firefox already installed.

If you're looking for something secure, Windows 10 isn't ideal. By the time you have swallowed the micro SD, microsoft would have collected a lot of info about you already! Windows 10 has an inbuilt keylogger, collects data without your permission, etc... Windows 7 is more secure and easier to run off a USB or a DVD (haven't tried the DVD option though).

(PS: if you're on the dark web, hope you're covering your tracks lol )

This is some conspiracy level nonsense.

I have mentioned this numerous number of times before that all commercial OS collects non-identifying diagnostic data and generic usage data to improve and fix their products. They don't give a **** about what files you have on your hard drive, what you do with your eBay account, or what porn you watch at night.

FYI Windows 7 also has telemetry employed that's similar to the ones in Windows 10. Even Ubuntu has their own telemetry sent to Canonical as well.
