No mention of In & Out? That's blasphemy!

My favorites here in SoCal are In & Out, Carls Jr. (mmmm guacamole bacon cheesburger), taco shops and Jack in the Box.

I eat fast food at least 5 times a week. I have super human metabolism though. It's ridiculous no matter how much I eat, I never gain any weight. It's literally like a medical phenomena, doctors could probably research my body and find the cure for obesity.

No fast food for me in 6-7 months.

I learned to cook health foods now.

Health foods are underated, you can eat a bowl of pork fat every day and be healthier than than a vegiterian. I let my body turn all the junk into healthfood when I hit up the gym.

Lol.. I don't know about that.. but yes when you exercise as much as you do.. you can pretty much eat whatever you want and be healthy / add muscle.

Now if you don't exercise.. and eat crap all day.. you could have some problems.

I know it goes against common belief but if you've ever gone on water fast for 3 days or more you'll notice how healthy you look when you get into ketosis that's when your body is living on nothing but %100 fat from your own body, that's some high fat. Also fat and sugar are burned side by side, it's not sugar that's bad for you it's too much sugar that's bad. Most fast food is high in fat and sugar which can be good for an active person but too much of it for an inactive person is when it get's bad. That' why I only eat 1 meal a day and maybe a couple light snacks in the daytime.

Whatever works for you Jbuntz.

I think you're addicted to junk food, that's why you eat it so much.

Look what's in the food and ask yourself.. what 3-4 ingredients make me like you so much?

Like I said, whatever works for you.

You can do it because you work out as much as you do. As long as you workout and burn off the calories then you'll be fine.

It doesn't mean it's good for you though.

Cheers,
