I have to say that my mail LADY is awesome! She knows my kids and my doggies. She worries that my german shepherd will eat my mail (which is entirely possible!)

I love our carrier! When she sees a package that she knows is ours sitting in the bin for delivery the next day, shew will grab it and deliver it right away. When it was snowing, I was getting ready to go to the post office and she saw my mail and told me she would take it so I didn't have to go out in the snow. She is AWESOME!

my mail guy is old with a beard and a few missing teeth. i saw him last about 2 weeks ag. i kidded around with him showing him my beard i was growing again! and said we should relax together ans smoke some weed.

all kidding aside i dont much care for drugs legal or not.

I practically got into a fight with the mailman the other day, I'm not joking either. Saw my bag full of Kraft bubble mailers, and was being a dic head. I didn't push it tho, 2 years in jail!

Not that I know of. But we gave her and the clerk at our local office some nice gifts for Christmas (G-Boxes).

The problem with the USPS is, it is too easy to bash them. There have been jokes going around for years about the postal service. But if you look at the volume they do and the percentage of mail that TRULY gets lost (your claim that the check must have been lost in the mail does not count, since that is a work of fiction) they really do an Amazing job as a whole. Sure, you can point to some problem post offices, or a carrier that throws the mail away or whatever. But they are the cheapest way to send moist packages, the vast majority are delivered as expected and they provide actual living wage jobs, which is a rarity these days.
