Then, he bought 2 of them and made payment via e-cheques for 2 quantities. As i stated on listing, i do only accept Paypal. Is that safe or not?
Im wondering if he gets the item and claim to the bank that he does not receive item or whatever method to get his money back and run away with my product sold to him?

So i called them up and said what was going on they said that some items were deemed to be counterfeit and that they have been seized. I pleaded ignorance and what was gonna happen now. They said the they would send a letter to myself and also the rights owner about what they found and that they may take legal action if they wanted to it was up to them. I have a question about my ebay account. I have been using my sisters account for several years. I have decided to stop selling on ebay after I got "took" for over $230.00 from an international buyer (said she never received the package and I have no tracking as it's international. Ebay voted in her favor). I now owe ebay the money (they couldn't chargeback my paypal account because I closed it last month). I am seriously considering not paying ebay the fee back as I think it's insane that I got charged for something I in fact shipped.

My question is, one....will they send me to collection? Two...will this affect my sisters credit of they do? I changed my sisters registered name to mine this past week on the account. Can they still trace it back to her? I'm not worried about my credit but I am hers. I just got an email from them today and it had my sisters name on it? If the registered name is now mine why am I receiving communication from them in her name?

Guess I'm going to have to suck it up and pay ebay if my sisters credit will be affected.
