However, I will keep running my stealth paypal, but my question is what if I create a personal account under my real information instead of my business?

Does paypal link their accounts together as ebay does? What is the penalty for this? Please provide me with any ramifications of doing this to both my ebay and paypal accounts.

Why do all companies think that anything to do with currency conversion is a license to steal???

Especially since PP has conversions each way, so reality is they only convert the net position across all accounts! My guess is their real conversion cost is probably nearer 0.1% nice markup if you can get it. I am asking because if someone files a claim, and ebay or paypal use the tracking info and discover the origin of the item is different from registered address.

However, when i register my paypal account i used my vanilla visa card. The point is this vanilla visa card can no longer register your name/address, but only the zip code.
