Autoblogs

Now, I know aspkin does autoblogging and has written a book on it. But I'm not sure it works anymore, since a lot of Google updates e.g. mayday, so I'm wondering whether to get started at all.

A lot of people at other forums get their sites either deindexed or banned by the web host. Autoblogs are also a lot harder to get ranked due to duplicate content. And although Adsense would be the obvious option to monetize, I'm worried about them banning my account.

I've read many books, guides and tons of forum posts, but I still don't "believe" it can make you the money on auto pilot, thus I am discouraged. I have made 10 autoblogs which plan to drive traffic from twitter, but it's so slow to get followers.

I guess the questions will have to be, how to rank in google with autoblogs and how to prevent your adsense from being banned.

I would like to set up a website and im looking for the best place to host it.

I really just need basically to put up information and pictures nothing crazy like videos or flash etc.

I definitely need a site that has site builder tools.

I did research on the top web hosting sites and I got this.

1. iPage
2. Justhost
3. Fatcow
4. Host gator
5. Yahoo
Those were the top 5 out of 10

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations.

Im looking to set up a site for my real estate business.

Thanks in advance.

Bing pay-per-click

Anyone actively using Bing and are you getting any results?

This is on the low end for a budget. There is not room in my situation for a $2000 or $3000 budget

I hammered my google adwords pretty hard the last couple weeks just to watch results pretty close. Getting some nice traffic but the costs are way up there. For a small standalone site its really hard cost wise. I had a daily budget of $22 and it was burning down by afternoon to "ads only showing occasionally". Again the traffic was ok and I received a little spike in sales. But at this rate its $700 a month. That's double what I can justify for the sales. And even at $22 a day it seems light by their standards.

Bing is relatively new and flashy. And I wouldn't be surprised if a huge majority of 18-35 year old use it. And maybe worth a try. Google has me at around $1.80 a click. That adds up fast. Maybe for the same money Bing would show better results.

Any _experience_ here with Bing?

Cheers

After long time going around, planing, canalizing market, sourcing products, I have finally launched my website.
Bought some products from a company I work for as I work for as import company.
Opened an account with yahoo market, funded some money for PPC, and it actually worked I had visitors coming to my site. Only problem is that there was not even one products sold. and my daily budget of £15 gone without even one sale.
is it worth doing pay per click for me at all ? even if I have sold one or two products, I would not covered my expenses for pay per click.
and why not even one product sold ?
I know it's not a big choice of products, but prices are real bargain.
Any advice ?
I really worked hard to put it all together, I need some advice.

Hi there,

I'm open for suggestions... There's my story. I've been running authentic designer sunglasses store since 2006, kind of got tired of it. It's a nice store based on osCommerce platform with SEO contributions installed. Good thing about this business that you don't need to store ANY inventory, you just go and buy it on eBay from trusted sources once the order is there. My website is well positioned in Google (I'm SEO) and brings free traffic however I have other projects to run and don't have enough time for everything. I've been thinking about selling it.

That's where my dilemma begins... I'm not sure how I can sell online business... On eBay? I don't have a legit account anymore. I'm not sure how and where to sell. Any suggestions?

I also have a bunch of keyword based domain names to go with it. I purchased them but never had time to use...

Thanks in advance,

I want to make a new website that sells items. However I know nothing about making websites. Basically I want a website where customers could come to, pick a category and buy an item. I would like to have a shopping cart like most websites.

After the website gets set up I would like to use SEO to drive traffic to it. I am VERY NEW to building websites and SEO. So may someone please explain to me in baby talk, how I would be able to do this?

Also once I have my website set up.. How would I drive traffic to it with SEO? I heard backlinks were good.. What are backlinks? Does anyone have an eBook for dummies or something that would help me out?

Thanks in advance.
