I recently got a VPS with 5 IP addresses, i've signed into my stealth PP and Ebay and so far everything's sweet.

I want to create some more stealth accounts with the other IP addresses, now the thing is that the 5 addresses are concurring, ie 122.112.123 then 122.112.124 etc.

I have a question about my ebay account. I have been using my sisters account for several years. I have decided to stop selling on ebay after I got "took" for over $230.00 from an international buyer (said she never received the package and I have no tracking as it's international. Ebay voted in her favor). I now owe ebay the money (they couldn't chargeback my paypal account because I closed it last month). I am seriously considering not paying ebay the fee back as I think it's insane that I got charged for something I in fact shipped.

My question is, one....will they send me to collection? Two...will this affect my sisters credit of they do? I changed my sisters registered name to mine this past week on the account. Can they still trace it back to her? I'm not worried about my credit but I am hers. I just got an email from them today and it had my sisters name on it? If the registered name is now mine why am I receiving communication from them in her name?

Guess I'm going to have to suck it up and pay ebay if my sisters credit will be affected. I was a Gold Powerseller ($10,000+ per month) until last winter when my supplier quit giving me stuff so cheap. According to ebay, I haven't qualified for Top Rated Seller. I see my stats with green check marks which says I qualify. I also see my competitor's with lower dsr's, neutrals and neg feedback. A couple of them I have reported for stealing my ads/photo's. HOW are they TRS and I am not? Every month I'm calling/complaining to ebay. They keep telling me I will qualify NEXT month, so I only get a 5% discount instead of 20%. I'VE HAD IT! I'm going to put ALL of my inventory on ebay in the first 3 weeks of the month. In one week (the end of the month) everyone who is going to pay will have paid. I'll ship everything to my buyers. Then immediately transfer ALL monies out of PayPay to my bank account. As soon as it's there I'll pull out my money and close the bank account...sticking ebay with the fees. I don't even know what those places are called but does anyone know what I am talking about? Since they are not an actual USPS office, I was wondering where the postman actually takes the stuff...the nearest post office or what?

If anyone has used places like those, did you encounter any problems?
I really need to know because I dropped off a first class mailing tube last month and they still haven't received their item! But another package that was parcel post was received by another buyer; which was also dropped at the same location.

Now, I went back there and told them the issue but they wouldn't even give me any kind of information but telling me to go to the nearby USPS post office. They just said that they weren't responsible...

The worst part is that, the tracking number (I created the shipping label from Paypal) has NOT even been updated ONCE!!:>

many of these types of things are paperless now, I know I can print off my own bank statements/visa statement, even phone bill etc

my question:
so when I make a new bank account for stealth, I can put my friend's address in , then when needed just print off the bank statement and fax it to paypal or ebay for their address proof - no?? same for cell phone bill, no?
