Physical location tracked even changing mac address?

Sorry if this question has been asked before.

Ok so I'm able to change my IP address on a dime due to changing my mac address.

Now my question is...can even the ISP provider trace that ⊗⊗⊗⊗, spoofed, or whatever IP address to your exact location?

Do they have a way of knowing that you changed your mac address to receive a new IP address?

Or am I 100% stealth on mac address changing?

Its easy to use and changes your Mac if you want to.

Ive just got the "Technitium MAC Address Changer 5.0 Release 3"

and it looks quite complicated, is that it?

Thats one of them, you can just click the button change Mac now and you will get a new mac address. But at the end of the day where ebay tracking is concerned its the IP thats important.

I've had stealth multiple accts for years and never used any mac address changers or intel serial number hiders before and i have never had any problems but ive just started to think that i should now after hearing a few of the bofins on here.

No it is not necessary for Ebay/Paypal.

Jacks right, Dont worry about Mac changing. You can only do it if you want, but its the ip thats important for ebay and Paypal.

Mac address is more for other stuff to do with the law etc.

But at the end of the day you are easy to track down if you use your own computer and own internet connection to send email. Every email has a message source which you can view.
