Just restarted my wireless router, my IP address changed!
Hello everyone,
I have bought stealth guide already. I have a wireless router in my house, and I am now working using my notebook. When I restart the router, then I found that I got a new IP address after testing. Is it OK for me to set up a new eBay account since I have not followed the guide correctly?

We can't answer this question for you.
We don't know what you did.
im confused about one thing, i changed my ip address as instructed in the Stealth Book, and i created user names and used cc cleaner and cleaned up my cookies.....so now if i create more then one ebay account do i have to change my ip address everytime or just use the correct/different user to sign into each account with the same ip address?
^ And GT, you also record which IP addresses you use with which eBay accounts, doing your best to never use the same IP for seperate accounts...
Correct - I store the date, the IP address and which account it was on. When I change user I reset the router, log the new IP, file it in XL and check against all previous IPs. If it has been used or is very close I reset again. - simples

If i use different IPs do I need to be using the same computer (with separate user account)? or can i just use different computer? i am using state library computers but have not started to sell, so if i start, it will be different IPs and different computer...because it is very difficult to get the same computer over and over again. ie is it not possible to get the same computer vacant for my use everytime i visit the library.
I would recommend you stay away from shared public networks due to them being used so often by potentially many different eBay/PayPal users etc Also some public areas have a static external IP.
Get a mobile broadband dongle and use a computer you have sole control over. This is how stealth should be operated, you need to be in control.
