I want to be able to change my IP multiple times a day for multiple ebay accounts without risk of them being linked. What is the best way to do this? My router won't let me change the MAC address for some reason. An expert at this stuff was in teamviewer and he couldn't figure it out on my router.
And VPN's I just found out are insecure so now I am trying to find any other options. I heard about these things called network dongles but most of them on this forum I found in the UK section.
I plan on having 20-30 different ebay accounts on different windows users for each. Just looking for the best method out there to avoid IP's being linked. Thanks in advance!

I recommend investing in a 3g or 4g USB Card. All you gotta do is disconnect and reconnect and you get a new IP everytime. Different companies offer different prices. I have Verizon 4G and its fast and easy.
In addition to what downwit0pp is saying, I don't know if you heared of CLEAR? It's a small company expanding, I've seen ads on eBay and a little shop at my local mall. they provide USB Modems for cheap at 4G and 4G/3G speeds, maybe that could help?
I have Clear 4G only and it's smoking fast. But I rarely get a new IP when I reset it. I have both a desktop ethernet modem and a USB modem. Same deal with both of them. Oddly, the IP on the USB is drastically different than the IP on the desktop. When I do get a new IP, it is very close to the previous one I had.
