I.P address in another country

I have just set up a new account after getting suspended. I am using the Tor Network and most of the ip addresses are from places like holland and germany but my account is in the uk. Will that be a problem with ebay?

Thanks mate but still abit confused with all the teci talk not really an i.t person. Shall I not bother with tor and try to change the i.p address via the internet providor?

What Quasi_Mojo was trying to point out to you is that the Tor Network doesn't work for eBay. As you can see, you'll need to find another option to connect to ebay.
