Does eBay record your IP without Logging in?

Ive been wandering this for a while now....

Lets say I have a user account set up on the computer with eBay cookies for an ebay account stored on purpose, so I dont trigger any automated phone calls from them.... I usually log into eBay from IP of 12.34.56.789 (example), which involves using a different dialup connection.

Now if Im on the same user account, but with my regular DSL highspeed IP of 23.45.678.90 (example) which is different that the regular IP i use to log into this eBay account.. can I still browse eBay safely if I don't log in at all (with cookies still on this computer user acccount)? Just by browsing eBay without login, will eBay still record my IP regular IP of 23.45.678.90 even if I don't log in, just by me having a set of cookies associated with a particular account on the computer?

if someone knows, any info would be appreciated. I think this information would be very helpful to alot of the users on this forum.

When you search for items not logged in, I noticed that those long ebay item URLs you get now don't just have the name in them to get more google juice, they also have two session IDs there in the URL.

I belive ebay only records ips when u login and or list/change vital info and such i dout there sotre ips every time to do something on ebay that would be alot of ips to store.

Do you ever notice that when you open your ebay account your user id is up at the top but then if you want to go to "My ebay" you have to log in?

I don't know if they could still notice or link you or not. But why chance it? I don't. If I am going to use a different ISP, I use a different user account or computer. Keep your windows stealth user accounts only for the stealth accounts.
