VPS Server Provider Accepting Prepaid or Gift Cards

Hello,

The subject says it all really. I'm looking for a hosting company that accepts a card I can buy readily at CVS or Walgreens or similar.

It would seem easy but I bought a Vanilla Prepaid and it was rejected by my host. I even setup the zip and used an address from there as well when doing the payment. Also used a VPN from the same area.

I'm in Mexico but I have business on both sides of the border. Also, I'm American so I have to file USA tax returns for that reason too.
