 Need Help! Should I start an account?
Hey! What's going on guys. If you guys have any input or advice regarding my issue, it will be much appreciated! A couple years back, I got my sister's account banned from Ebay. PayPal got limited and all that jazz. Recently, I have been selling products on Ebay under a friends account but now I am wondering if I should register on PayPal once again with a LLC under my banned sister's name. I am going to reach $20,000 and do not want my buddy to be taxed but would love to continue to sell. What do you guys think? Will PayPal link the EIN of the LLC to my sister and ban the account? I am using this LLC to start up an online shop also and do not want to risk not having PayPal as a payment on my online store. Thank you!
