Has anyone posted on craigslist and linked it to your web store or selling platform. How do you get around them blocking a repeated add if you want to post in different states and cities..They keep saying it is similar to a recent post. is it the ip or the photo's

Change your IP to the city you want to post.

Easy.

N00bs, they are just blocking the text.

Change the first sentence, at least 50 characters or so, and they let you post again

Also open more than one craigslist accounts and do not just copy and paste the ad,change the title and the text a bit.
