I consider this website as the scam.

I don't mean to sound unhelpful but I would have thought that it was glaringly obvious that your previous ioffer accounts being in arrears might have been the cause for this current issue & linked back to you, no ...???

Is there any reason why you have several previous ioffer account's in arrears & why you have not cleared these arrears before the creation of another account with details that have linked this new account with the old one ???

Stealth account creation/usage/operation OR attempts at this was NOT meant to do out the service provider (ioffer in this case) of their fees which they are rightly entitled to charge you for their service provision & which you should really pay.I hate to say it but they did NOT scam you from what you've said so far, so much as you scamming them of their fees by the sounds of it & them recouping these back when the opportunity arose through your own error.

You seems to have left your full name/country ID details on that screenshot above inc the specific date/time stamping of your messages with ioffer....you realize that ???

This is how you contact ioffer to get a real reply:

Go to their twitter or facebook page and write a question - a real human being will post a reply instead of some cut paste answer.
