Default ebid

Hi

I started using eBid when I got suspended.

I have only sold two items despite moving my 7000+ positive feedback across from eBay.

Its a good "other option" but only alongside the bigger sites due to lack of buyers.....

That said the way ebay are suspending good people due to their ridiculous DSR policy (why have feedback and DSR I'll never know!) someone should put a bit of effort into an alternative.

Good luck

For those who have used ebid and ecrater, can someone compare the traffic? Don't want to spend the registration fee if its totally dead

Like Ron Popeil (a renowned TV ad guy) would say for his cookery items: "Set it and forget it" - you can set up shop but just dont expect heavy traffic. Its pretty good for items to just set up and hope for sales...maybe some google direction ads or so to help

My opinion is that, so far, Ebid is the worst eBay alternative out there, ecrater is good(although they seem to find my multiple accounts). IOffer I get some sales, but many scum bags who don't pay, or cheapskates making insulting offers. Bonanza is also not bad.

eBid is probably good for collectibles.. I see alot of those types of items. Otherwise I make 1 sale a month there but hey the fees are great!

Bonanza is very up and down - dont know why. Some months it will be crazy hot almost like ebay - then it goes dead cold for long stretches.

Havent tried the others yet.
