Exclamation iOffer: Account Under Review

Hi everyone,
I was going to open an seller account with I offer and all went ok, they said that they will debit my card something a small amount just to come back in few days later to verify my bank account at last, but when I try to enter that small amount it just wont go through. I try it 3-4 time and then come out with this message down below.

Code:

How many days have passed since you e-mailed? If more than 72 hours, would suggest a polite and formal call to follow-up. Know all details of your account in terms of registration info in case they ask

Major problem is iOffer do not offer phone contact.

Best I might suggest is seeing what is on their hopeless Help site.

They are known to take a long time to respond unless it suits them

Finally they wrote back to me and Account is back.
I have the amount they deposited in the account but wont let me pass that stage.
My location is UK now what do I add?
Do I add £0.01 or $0.01 or just numbers 0.01

You did nothing wrong. This is the process and it is flawed.

I sold on ioffer around a year and a half ago and had to jump through the same hoops.

Just shoot them another email to tell them about your processing error

I registered with Ioffer a while ago, go some sales pretty quickly, but they also put some of your listings under review pretty quickly, especially if they are high risk categories, ie movies etc
