Using same computer to pay with credit card via Paypal

I used my computer to make payment on a website through using my credit card and it is processed by Paypal.
The card used has my name and address that was on a suspended account.

Will Paypal be able to link me if I use this same computer account for a stealth account?

My educated assumption is always yes on this as it is using the paypal platform. If I ever have to pay like that, I have a dedicated user account for paypal buying

You can use the same computer but you should either be using Separate User Accounts or using Portable Firefox for each Stealth Account.
