PayPal sent me an email stating three specific transactions violated policy. All my transactions I do are exactly the same. They will not tell me why there is an issue. This is what is on my account. You can't use PayPal anymore
At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. Some of your recent transactions violated our User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy.
Any bank account or card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, at which point we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money.
What I need to know when it's limited like this can I refund money to some of my customers. There is a spot I see in my account that says I can click on the link and issue one. Thanks
