Default Paypal Limited - Getting past the doc requests? Ebay account savable?

Hey folks,

I have a stealth account that just got the limited email this morning. I have been doing withdrawals regularly, and none of them were more than $300 or so.

The account is doing really well, so I dont want to lose the ebay account. What are my options?

Has anyone successfully gotten creative to provide all the documents they are looking for? (photo id, address proof, bank statement, ssn, business info, inventory) This account is 100% stealth with a DBA and EIN.

Can I switch to a merchant account for ebay?

Will the account stay alive and I can keep selling for 45 more days? What should I do with the ebay account, stop selling now?

Thanks

You don't add DBA and EIN prior to their asking of documents, this is not a smart move.

I didn't do that. I am just saying that this is the setup on the "account" in the royal sense.

They have no formal details at all.

Let me make it simple for you, you either provide what they are asking or your account is a goner, plain and simple.

Right, so my question was about anyone's success with providing this in a creative manner. Has anyone survived this with the info on the account unrelated to a real person?

Thank you, appreciated.

Any advice on this?

Another question... do I both have to provide the social AND the EIN?

I don't have much luck with submitting creative docs but I do try it from time to time and it has worked. Other people seem to have more success than I do with it. I have seen people say it works 50% of the time. I haven't been so lucky.

The problem with your limitation though is they are asking for a SSN, which I do not know how you can get around since I would assume they simply try to match your SSN in a database and if it's a stealth account it obviously will not turn up any results.

Would like to hear if anyone else knows how to get around this?

Agreed... can anyone highlight how to best manage the SSN?

Will PayPal issue a 180 days hold where the money can be withdraws to a BA afterwards or all funds are pretty much confiscated by PayPal ?

I have a stealth with money stuck in it as well but i have not provided any documents. Was hoping to let it go on a 180 days hold where i can just withdraw it once that's up. Does it work like that ?
