Somebody can help, with PayPal "US" Limitation Prevention - Suspicious Activities & Security Checks

Somebody have a USA link for the quick security check bypass.

I hope here there are people who know how to solve this problem.

From the thread you linked in your post -

The system is the same throughout the world - simply tweaked and interfaced to suit the laws and regulations of each country.

You can attempt to use the link in the USA, but it is now aged and the hash could be invalid. You won't become limited for attempting to use it but proceed with a pinch of salt.
