Help! Paypal held the fund! Need help!

A Friend of mine Selling items on ebay for a little while, and paypal asked for her info, she is B1 Visa, she does not have a ss Number, and she didn't use her name for the account. And now after 4 months email negotiation, paypal did nothing, still holding her money, she got 1.7 in pp. What should we do? Paypal won't close the account, just pending and holding the money for more than 4 month already.

She'll get the money on the 6th month. (180 days) Mind as well wait patiently.

No. PP just don't close the account. After they close the account then we know we need to wait for 180 days for money release...however they are not doing nothing now. The account is limited. and does not say anything like need to wait 180 for money release.

They won't close the account. The 180 days starts the day the account becomes limited
