Paypal asking me to insert for second time expuse number...

Hi,

i'm an Italian user. I made few days ago a Paypal account, verified it with a VCC, all fine!!

When i received first payment they limited my account, sent all documents and account was lift.

Then i complete the procedure to lift the limit up to 2500 eur, and insert again documents.

The surprise arrive today, they limit me again asking to insert the expuse number of credit card....but i had insert it in the first step???

What is wrong?

This may be a time where you have to CALL PP or email them to find out and ask them the same thing.

I have mailed them yesterday, do not receive any answer...
