Well there is not much sense then to have VBA. Because at the end of the day you will need to add another bank account to withdraw money.

DO NOT POINT a finger at one seller.

VBAs for paypal have always been the source of a potential problem with paypal.

For that reason the BUYER has to be aware before undertaking the transaction involving a VBA of the chance of problems.

Been like that since I joined the forum in 2008.

This PayPal had VBA from INTER BANK attached to it. There is NO DOUBT in my mind now that this was the issue. Avoid I repeat AVOID INTER BANK. It's black listed by PayPal!!!!
isn't it possible you got limited because you had 4 transactions come into a brand new paypal? it is silly to say that bank is blacklisted as i have a few accounts with that bank and i am sure i am not the only one

Selling replica's, also running one day auctions on a brand new account does not help either. But in this case it was the VBA, it does happen from time to time.

First of all I did not point my fingers at any particular seller. I specifically omitted his name. Also I never blamed it on the seller. I did not buy from him VBA alone. I bought ebay account that had payapl attached to it. Paypal was already verified with VBA. His eBay worked excellent. I was able to post 20 listings within 24 hours and nothing was flagged and listings showed up right away. But I would suggest for any seller who selles ebay and paypal together to have disclaimer that sometimes VBAs can limit your account. This way the bUYER can ask their seller to sell them unverified paypal account so that they can add their own bank account.

No it is not possible because I have sold 10 items in one day on a brand new ebay and paypal account and it never got limited. I am not saying that Inter Bank was necessary black listed but that PayPal can see the real name of holder and when it does not match with PayPal's information they limit it right away.

Exactly. Selling replica on brand new account has nothing to do with it at all. It is still possible to sell to sell replica for one day and never to be caught. PayPal limit accounts for other reason. Either name does not match or you have had too many refunds or chargebacks or that someone (more than one person) accused you for selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ products.

How about YOU make sure YOU ask a seller for the EXACT package you want?

The sellers have worked long hours to get to the point of selling in this forum.

I repeat, and I repeat for the LAST TIME, the BUYER is responsible for what is purchased.

If said buyer is not able to communicate what they want, then it comes back to THEM and not the seller.

Okay this thread has nothing to do with the seller. It has everything to do with VBA.

There are plenty of ways to withdrawal from Paypal without having to add a bank to every single account. You just need to think and search around hard enough.

I am aware of this but I never tried other ways. I tried to ask around but until I actually do it myself and it works there is no way for me know find out how safe it is.

@997turbo

Not good news.

How did you access your CANADIAN paypal account?

What are you using for internet access?

Thank you 997turbo !

I am ALWAYS RIGHT!

I NEVER make a big deal out of nothing. When I say something I AM SURE OF IT! All these so called experts here who tried to say otherwise were wrong.

There is no doubt that in my case it was VBA. My point is this. Do not under any circumstances attach VBA if you want to keep your PayPal working. I know a lot of sellers here feel threatened because they sell VBAs and thus they do not want people stop buying them but I think sooner or later they will have so many complaints that everyone here will stop selling them. Anyways the best solution is to open a real bank account under your real name. Forget about VBA!
