Default Isn't there something I can tell paypal to get my money back?

I have a paypal account that has recently become permanently limited. They're holding about 500 dollars of my money for 180 days. I remember reading on here that you can tell paypal something about a federal electronic funds act, or something about them not being an escrow agent, and it's illegal for them to hold the money. I've looked on this forum for hours, and I just can't find it.

Does anyone know what I can tell them to get my money now without waiting for 6 months?

PayPal as a company are an organized bunch of thugs n crooks who are as dumb as squirrels on the outside but in the inside they are very manipulating and smart. I really wish there were a way to have a spy or someone get in the "inside" to see how they with a conscious mind come up with the policies they do and honestly not feel bad about them. I mean there has to be someone in the inside who is just saying, "how do we get away with the things we do?"

Anyways, if you read their policy you're basically giving up your rights and giving paypal the ability to an*l probe, dissect, and r*pe you at their pleasing. So, no you're not getting your money back for 6 months.

HI Guys:
I think most of us has undergone the 180 day hold, I personally dont know of a way around it, if you are permanently banned?
NOW--if u can lift the limitations, thats another thing..

yeah I have had the 180 day ban about 5 times over a seven year period and after a while you get used to it and if you're in no hurry for your money and know it is safe from any charge backs then the best thing to do is accept it and don't cause yourself any stress and forget about it.

I thought there was some kind of federal law that prevents them holding this money. Isn't the electronic funds act law blah blah something?

I swear I read someone quote what to tell paypal to get them to send a check ASAP, but I can't find it.

Does your account get reinstated after 180 days?
