Money on paypal freezed, now they say they dont have it

I sold an item on ebay, now the buyer put a claim on me, because i didnt give the trackingcode on time, finally he didnt accepted the item at his door so it got sent back

the thing is the money was freezed, from day 1, and now they say paypal couldnt get it because i do not have a creditcard added or bank

i just moved to another city, and my email is blocked,

you guys think I should really pay it back?, i am not sure what i did with that money 2 months ago.

what do you guys think

If he has sent you the item back and it's still working and in good order, send him a refund!

WOW-- U really dropped the ball..
One of the Very 1dt things in the paypal limited forum ASpkin teaches us..
Get your pp acct Verified BEFORE use--
i.e. add the bank acct, ad get the expanded use number..
SO--what can u do? Seems like not much..
I have written many times before--always, but always add a tracking number,,,so u dont get caught with your trousers down...
