Paypal limited my account,fake name,how can I get the money out?

Paypal limited my account and asked me to verify SSN and address, but I used the fake name and address to registered this paypal account, so there's no way to lift the limit... And I can not close my account.
Please help, how can I get the money out?

You might want to ask Modee if there is any way to resolve your situation.

If they limited your paypal account, refund your customers. And tell them to pay another way.
