Paypal limited my account,⊗⊗⊗⊗ name,how can I get the money out?

Paypal limited my account and asked me to verify SSN and address, but I used the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address to registered this paypal account, so there's no way to lift the limit... And I can not close my account.
Please help, how can I get the money out?:(

If they limited your paypal account, refund your customers. And tell them to pay another way.

I don't think they allow refunds. :( I tried that one.

They allow refunds (its one of their reasons for holding the money)

some PayPal account after limited can't make refund i don't know why try to contact PayPal for refund :D
