I can't send money from my paypal to somebody else?

I can't send money from my business paypal account to another paypal account and I have tried multiple people with sending money feature and nomatter if it's $1.00 or $5.00, but when I buy on ebay no problems with my paypal money or on websites. What gives?

- 1 year old business account
- very few transactions of less then $100 a month
- no linking

I had this problem too, i just deleted internet history again and it let me send the money, hope that helps.

Likely a paypal glitch - happens too frequently ugh

Not a glitch in most cases.

This is most of the time a SOFT HOLD by paypal as something has caught the bots eye and they are looking at the account.

Sending money around paypals is risky and links the accounts so I do not think this is a glitch.

Usually will go through after a few days if everything looks good.

It let me pay for items by receiving invoices for what I wanted to buy and then it let me pay directly after a week long. Too freaking long of a wait for that. You will starve before paypal lets you use your money. Paypal sucks.

Out of 20 transactions, how many issues do you have?

I notice this a lot lately. My solution was to stay on the same ip for a while and update gift card or vcc with one with a balance. They are checking balance on card. Just having a long valid thru date on vcc is no longer working.

Consistent with amazon doing 'sweeps' of cards without notice.

The gift card listed shows decline transactions. One was paypal. Another account got limited says unusual activity linked to credit card. Gift card had 12 months of activity gift card company 0 it out and closed card but expire day is 2022

They must have an automatic script system installed where they are going through millions of accounts to purge vcc accounts. This sucks.
