I just opened a stealth account 3 days ago,and when I was just trying to make my account get VCC verified,my pp acc got limited and they want utility bill and govt id.

I never get limited this fast,and never sell anything yet.But maybe pp already starting to make this as compulsory to provide ID and utility bill.

Need assistance,anybody.
